We highly recommend adding winter shipping insurance if forecasted high temperatures are below 55 degrees anywhere between our shipping location in Portland, Oregon and your final destination.

Winter shipping insurance guarantees we check weather, include necessary items like heat packs and insulation, hold until ideal shipping weather, and expedite shipping to ensure your plants get to you safely. We also guarantee replacement plants if yours arrive damaged due to cold temperature. Please email photos of damaged plants and your order number to info@rooseveltspdx.com and we’ll get replacements out ASAP!

Damaged plants will NOT be replaced if winter shipping insurance was not purchased and damage is deemed to be temperature related.

One purchase of winter shipping insurance covers up to a total combination of 3 kits or additional plants. For example, an order of 2 kits and 1 additional plant bundle is covered under a single winter shipping insurance. 3 kits and 1 bundle of additional plants would require 2 insurance purchases.
